Connect to freedom...

Prototype created by Azure Works

Amidst a global pandemic and ensuing economic downturn, tensions escalate as those in power flout international laws. However, as the public unites, alternative means of communication and information sharing emerge, filling the void left by traditional news outlets.

In response, the government imposes a ban on these channels. Undeterred, a cadre of dedicated programmers creates a virtual realm where information flows freely, devoid of intrusive ads and privacy breaches.

Fearing loss of control and revenue, the authorities enlist hackers to breach these virtual havens. Tasked with safeguarding sensitive data compromised by these infiltrators, you step in as a "traceur," utilising parkour techniques within these digital landscapes to ensure the public's freedom remains intact, all while remaining undetected.

Your mission is to protect yourself and others from potential persecution by preventing the disclosure of real-life identities. Are you ready to take on the challenge?

A prototype inspired by Mirror's Edge (2008) and created as a Game Design Document for a Game Development Team Assignment.
Our first project in Unreal Engine 5.
